This Piña Colada Dip is the perfect summer snack! It’s refreshing and tastes like your snacking on sunshine! It’s so simple and yummy and your guests will love it!
Here’s what you need to make the Piña Colada Dip:
-
-
- 16 oz of crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 (8 oz) brick of cream cheese
- 1 package of sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- Nilla Wafers (or other cookie to serve with)
-
Add the coconut flakes, the drained pineapple, and cream cheese to the bowl of a food processor and blend until almost smooth. This is totally just a preference thing. I don’t like large strings of coconut so I like to make it a little bit smoother. I have THIS mini food processor and it’s amazing.
Add your mixture to a large bowl and fold in the Cool Whip. And that’s it! You can serve this Piña Colada Dip with “Nilla Wafers” or any crackers of your choice!
